About Albin

Albin Pepe is a Paraguayan-born, Long Island-raised, and Atlanta-based film director, photographer, and musician. He’s edited films for Flatbush Pictures, HBO MAX, Tribeca Studios, Uninterrupted Media, New Balance, The CW, and The Atlantic Philanthropies. His creative work has been highlighted by Allston Pudding, Post-Trash, and The Noise. In 2023, he wrote, crowdfunded, and directed his latest short, Chessboxer, which won Best Georgia Short at Athens Film Festival and was a semi-finalist at Rhode Island International Film Festival."His latest film was Jane Elliott Against the World, which he edited and which premiered at Sundance Film Festival.

He holds a B.A. from Vassar College, and an M.F.A. from the University of Georgia.
